  • Toddler

Our Toddler program is for children ages 18 to 30 months to be a home away from home for your little ones where they can play, learn, and grow in a supportive and nurturing environment. We have created a hygienic and creative place for toddlers to help develop their minds and bodies as they reach their developmental milestones.

    Preschool 1 (Potty Training)

Our Preschool I (potty training) is for children ages 31 to 36 months. It is designed to be the transitionary period between Toddler and Preschool for children not yet fully potty trained. We focus primarily on potty training to get them ready for Preschool.

    Preschool 1 and 2

Our Preschool I (2.5 - 3 years old) and Preschool II (3-4 year olds) programs are designed to guide your child through learning buildable skills as they continue their journey to kindergarten. Our teachers focus on spiritual, academic, social, and emotional growth as they assist children in navigating independence and comfortability with their peers and environment.

    Kinder College

Our Kinder College program (4-5 year old) has an emphasis on academic growth and is designed to set your child up for success when they enter Kindergarten. The God-given gifts that we believe each child possesses are cultivated and developed through Biblical teachings and activities.

  • Abeka and Saxon Academic Curriculum: Abeka and Saxon focus on foundational skills in phonics, reading, math, science, and social studies, with Abeka offering a strong Christian worldview and Saxon (for KC) emphasizing the use of spelling patterns and letter coding techniques to help students understand the relationships between sounds and letters.

Social and Emotional Curriculum: The SEL Curriculum helps our preschoolers learn important skills like managing their feelings, understanding others, communicating well, and solving problems with friends, all while supporting their growth in self-awareness and healthy relationships.

Simply Loved Bible Curriculum: Simply Loved is a Bible-centered program that engages children with stories from both the Old and New Testaments, combined with worship songs and memory verses to foster spiritual growth.

Motor Fitness: Motor Fitness focuses on developing gross motor skills through physical activities that promote strength, coordination, balance, and overall physical development.

Library Visitations and Emphasis on Reading:

This program fosters a love for reading through regular visits to the library, where children are exposed to a variety of books and enjoy storytelling sessions that ignite their imagination and literacy skills.

    Art Class:

In art class, children are encouraged to explore their creativity and gain an understanding of visual arts concepts. This program allows them to express themselves through different mediums, developing both their artistic skills and appreciation for the arts.

Vacation Bible School (5-week summer program): VBS is a fun, faith-based summer program offering children Bible lessons, songs, crafts, and activities over five weeks to deepen their understanding of Christian values and foster community.

  • “My child loves his teachers and loves going to school! We are very happy with the progress he has made in the short time he has been in HCS. We can see how much he enjoys going to school and for this we are very happy and thankful for all of his teachers and staff at HCS.” - Claudine C.

“Ms. Gloria and Ms. Grace have done an exceptional job exploring ideas, creating and finding ways for the kids to get creative, and have hands-on learning experience to allow the kids to interact among each other in ways that we as parents would not have been able to do for them at home, due to lack of materials (and time). Seeing photos of my child on Brightwheel doing different types of learning activities (including song and dance) gives me a sense of security for my child and that my child is in a safe environment with his teachers and classmates; therefore, it makes sending my child to preschool at HCS all worth the while in spite of the cost or expenses that comes with daycare/preschool. It’s also important to mention that my child is learning a very important Christian foundation at HCS.” - Dave A.

“Thank you for everything you do to keep our children safe and for them to enjoy learning. I want to distinctively recognize Teacher April for her hardwork and patience. Ever since my child attended the Bear class, she was able to memorize bible verses and songs. As a Christian family, this is huge for us. We want our kids to grow in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ and embrace the faith. Because of that, we are very grateful.” - Veronica A.
